Our shipments are exclusively handled through express services from FedEx or DHL, with shipping costs already factored into our prices. Our standard processing time typically spans 10 days. To estimate the approximate delivery time, please consider an additional 6 days for shipping.

If we cannot fulfill your order immediately upon receiving it, we'll promptly inform you of the anticipated delivery date, which is an estimate, not a guarantee. You may opt to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait, and if payment has been made, a full refund will be provided for the respective item(s).

We cannot be held responsible for any  late  by the engaged carrier.

Damaged or lost orders

At CV ECLECTIK ASIA, we are committed to refunding or replacing any broken or undelivered items as a part of our dedication to our loyal customers. However, customer cooperation is essential to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Should the items arrive damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 calendar days of receipt. Failure to inform us within this period will imply acceptance of the items. Our liability is limited to the value of items not received by the customer.

Upon receiving a shipment, it is your responsibility to inspect it for any damage. The delivery person must wait while you check for damage on the cartons. Any damage must be noted on the POD (Proof of Delivery).  Without this action, our insurance cannot process your claim.

Return policy

At CV ECLECTIK ASIA, our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We strive to provide exceptional quality and excellent value for money. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, kindly initiate the process by submitting a return request to info@eclectik.asia upon receiving your order. Once approved, please return the damaged goods in their original packaging along with a printed version of the return approval within 3 days of receipt.

Please be aware that the responsibility for shipping back the goods lies with the customer. Any associated costs incurred will be deducted from the future refund. Please note, we do not accept returns for minor differences in color, material, or design. As we specialize in handmade products crafted from natural materials, slight imperfections or variations are inherent and contribute to the unique appeal of our collection.
